The Empire has three different sections in the Imperial City. The first section, the Palace of the White Wolf, is where the Emperor resides, along with the High Elves, the Emperor's allies. The second section of the Imperial City is the Palace of the Sunspear, where the High Elves' fortress, the fortress-city of Ulthuan, is located. Lastly, the Imperial City consists of the Palace of Justice, the Imperial fortress-city of Altdorf, and the Palace of Justice and Faith, the city of Sigmar itself.
