Tsolyáni Name Generator

This name generator will give you 15 names and surnames of random Tsolyáni. Tsolyáni is a built language created by M. A. R. Barker was the first language built to be published as part of a role-playing game (Petal Throne Empire) in the 1940s. It is influenced by languages such as Mayan, Nahuatl, Pashto and Urdu, and these influences can sometimes be easy to spot, such as the 'tl' endings in names such as.Tsolyáni names can be tricky to get a hang of, or rather the rules may be for them. I used the rules for generating personal and family names in this generator but people often have four names. They also have a clan name and a regional name, in addition to the personal and family names. Family names have the 'hi' suffix, meaning 'of,' or the less common 'dhu' or 'vu' sometimes. Clan names don't have a suffix or prefix, so far as we can find it anyway, so if you want one of them the easiest way to pick one is simply to pick a second personal name. The names are all built in similar ways. If it ends in a consonant, or if it ends in a vowel, regional names are created by adding 'i' to a region name. Again, if you want to just add the right suffix to a personal name, things get a little trickier as far as male and female names go. Various subcultures exist, each with its own variants. Some have specific suffixes, some simply prefer certain sounds, but without having exclusively masculine and feminine sounds, and others have absolutely no real difference. We haven't separated names into masculine and feminine to keep things simple, instead you'll have to decide what makes a name feminine, male or unisex, if anything.
